Title Document Preparation

  • SOS will prepare the title related document(s) listed on the questionnaire page, at your direction, which you provide when you complete and submit a questionnaire. Document preparation prices are listed under fees/costs where you will also find recording fees, etc.. 

E-Recording

  • PLease email or call SOS and inquire what county/state you would like to record in and we will confirm our certification in that county.  We are certified in most CA counties.


  • The cost of e-recording is $45 for the first recorded document and $35 for each recorded document thereafter, so long as it pertains to the same property. After recording, SOS will mail the original documents to the address shown on the upper left hand corner of the first page of each document.


  • Please check with your county recorder for margin and formatting requirements, and make sure your documents are legible, including the notary stamp. Please include all supporting document (PCORS, Claims for Reassessment, Tax Affidavits, cover sheets, etc.) as required. If the document is rejected, SOS will notify you. Our goal is to help you get your document(s) recorded.
